Actually, the cool thing about Killzone's story is that it's not really clear who the bad guys are. For all we know, the ISA are the real bad guys and they're the ones invading Helghan. So it's okay to root for the ISA or the Helghast 'cause it's not like other shooters with stereotypical bad guys where aliens=bad and humans=good right away. Killzone's story is just as amazing as its graphics.
